Amazing transformations for Graeme and Anja Jardine !
Graeme has lost over 30kgs over about 8 months and Anja more than 10kgs over the last 4 months and both had huge drop in bodyfat percentages.
They are both very dedicated to their goals and motivated in adhering to their dietary regime.
They started exercising at least 5 times per week which included weight training and cardiovascular training as well.
The combination of aerobic and anaerobic training yielded optimal results for them.
They are currently in an interim phase where we will fine tune their diets with meticulous detail and focus on an intensive 3 month training program to even further improve their bodyfat percentages but also striving to add quality muscle to Graeme’s frame and focus on muscular toning for Anja by still doing cardiovascular workouts but also increasing training weight and strength and also focus more on adding Calisthenics & Plyometrics in the form of functional cardio to their training regime.
Very proud of their effort and excited for the next 3 months ahead !!
