Well done to Lynne Porrill for the brilliant transformation over the last 3& half months !
She is probably one of the most determined people I have helped in regard to her diet which speaks for itself in terms of her transformation.
She increased dramatically in terms of strength especially in terms of bodyweight related exercises. but also in terms of weight training.She started at a bodyfat percentage of 31 % and went down to 19% !!
She had back surgery about a year ago and we initially focused on keeping her range of motion limited and absolute careful execution of her exercises until such time that her core was strengthened sufficiently.
She has made fitness and training part of her lifestyle and we are looking forward to see what new improvements she can achieve in future.
