Return products

If you received the product less than 14 days ago and want to return it, if it is unopened, sealed and in good condition, then we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange it for something different. You will have to send the parcel back to us at your own cost and we cannot refund your original delivery fees if there were any.

To return a product call us at 044 870 8980 or send us an email at sales@pronutrition.co.za as soon as possible. Then send the product to us at your own cost to the address below, making sure that the box is intact and properly addressed to us. Unfortunately we cannot refund any products which got lost during return shipping due to insufficient labeling or an incorrect address.

Please make sure to include the original invoice in the parcel and to write the reason for returning the product on the invoice. As soon as we receive the parcel we will get in touch with you and arrange for a refund per EFT to your bank account.
An opened product can unfortunately not be returned, unless it was damaged or defect when you received it.

Damaged or defect products :
If you received a damaged or defect product please contact us (044 870 8980 or send us an email at sales@pronutrition.co.za) as soon as possible but no later than 7 days after receiving the product. You will be asked to return the product to us (see above for instructions and our address). Once we have received the product we will offer you either an exchange for another product (if this product is more expensive than the original one you’ll have to pay the difference, alternatively, if the product is cheaper than the original one we’ll refund the difference) or a refund of the cost of the product. Of course we will refund the cost of sending the product back to us.

Please understand that we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the damaged product.
Incorrect product.

If you received the wrong product please contact us (044 870 8980 or send us an email at sales@pronutrition.co.za) as soon as possible but no later than 7 days after receiving the product. You will be asked to return the product to us (see above for instructions and our address). Once we have received the wrong product we will send you the correct one asap. Of course we will refund the cost of sending the wrong product back to us.
Please understand that we cannot send out the correct product before we have received the damaged product.
