TUNA FISH CAKES

2 Tins of Tuna in Brine (not oil)

2 Packets of Lite Soup Powder ( flavour of choice)

2 Eggwhites

1 medium Onion finely chopped

Mix together in mixing bowl and mould into fishcakes.

Use Spray and Cook in your frying pan not oil

Bake until evenly Brown  – add spices – Enjoy !

Yields about                            45g Protein
