Chocolate Muscle Mousse

Because protein is good for you!

INGREDIENTS:

3 Egg whites

2 Scoops protein powder

3 Teaspoons Cocoa

Sweeteners  (as needed)

METHOD

Beat egg whites till fluffy.  Add boiling water to Cocoa till diluted. Let it cool and add protein powder. Add water as needed to  make a medium paste. Blend in with egg whites and put in Freezer for a few hours.
